My Control Panel

Your users Control Panel may be accessed from the MY CONTROL PANEL link on the main page.

The Control Panel Has three main Tabs

My Account| Selling| Buying

All information about your account and auctions you are or have been participating are found here.

My Account contains all the links necessary to Edit your personal profile, Check Your Credits Account which contains any amounts you may have in credit with DealersOnly from promotions or charge backs etc.

Invoices received Contains all invoices for the last billing cycle of DealersOnly

Fees due Contains all fees due on current activity prior to the next billing cycle.

View Feedback Contains information from other members in relation to their dealings with you.

Buying Contains Wanted Ads where you are able post new or view closed wanted ads.

Auctions you won will show a list of all auctions where you are the winner of that auction.

Leave feedback Is where you are able to leave positive or negative feed back depending on the outcome of your transaction with the seller.

Banned Users List It may be necessary to ban some users from bidding on your inventory. If for any reason you need to ban a user from participating in your Auction you may do so by using the Selling Tab located in the My control panel area and selecting the Banned Users List link you will be able to add the user name in the box provided or click the Search users link provided. You will be presented with a small popup window to enter the first few letters of the name you are looking for, or enter the email address and click search. From the resulting list if any you will be able to click the small down arrow in the select column to add this user to you banned user list. All users appearing in your banned user list will be unable to register a bid until you remove them from your list.

Bulk Uploaded auctions is a staging area to view and edit all your auctions that have been provided by your third party provider. This area is also a holding area for all auctions that are not currently being auctioned or have been suspended by the administrator.
